Our community

Two miles west of downtown Houston, bordering the eclectic Montrose and posh River Oaks neighborhoods, resides the Piedmont at River Oaks Condominium. An 80-unit mid-rise with two buildings of 40 homes each, Piedmont offers a variety of floor plans with custom features, an elevated terrace with swimming pool, and unobstructed downtown views.  Fully fenced and gated, access to the Piedmont community is limited to residents and their guests.
